Tire Recycling System

A coordinated line for whole tires, rubber size reduction and the separation of reusable rubber, steel and fiber fractions.

Complete-line engineering

Define the final fraction first. Build the line backwards.

A tire recycling system must coordinate feeding, primary shredding, secondary size reduction, screening and separation as one process.

Choose the required result

The final product changes the complete line.

01

Tire chips

Primary size reduction for volume control, transport, or downstream feeding.

Primary shredding · screening · discharge
02

Rubber granulate

Multi-stage size reduction with screening and removal of reusable steel and fiber fractions.

Shredding · sizing · separation
03

Project-specific output

A coordinated process designed around the customer’s downstream use and required specification.

Test · engineer · integrate
Typical process architecture

One continuous route from whole tires to separated output.

01

Controlled feeding

Conveyors meter whole tires into the line.

02

Primary shredding

High-torque cutters reduce tires to rough chips.

03

Secondary sizing

Granulation and screening bring material toward target size.

04

Separation

Steel and fiber are removed from the rubber fraction.

05

Final handling

Clean fractions move to storage or downstream processing.

Frequently asked questions

Clarify the project before defining equipment.

Can passenger and truck tires use the same line?

A mixed line is possible in many projects, but the tire mix, bead construction, dimensions and required capacity must be confirmed.

How do I choose between tire chips and rubber granulate?

Start from the intended use and required specification. Finer, separated output requires additional size-reduction, screening and separation stages.

What is included in a complete system proposal?

The scope can include feeding, shredding, screening, separation, conveying, controls, layout engineering, documentation and commissioning support.

What information should I send first?

Provide tire types, photos, expected hourly capacity, required final fraction, available site information and destination country.

Build the right process

Tell us about your tires, required capacity, and final product.
