Uniform Pelletizing Feedstock
After shredding and screening, the straw is reduced to a uniform size ideal for pellet mills. This prepared feedstock ensures high-density, durable pellets with consistent calorific value.

One-Stop Crushing & Separation Solution
Agricultural straw—such as corn stalks, wheat straw, and rice straw—is an abundant and renewable biomass resource. However, its bulky, fibrous nature and high moisture content make it difficult to handle and transport. Our specialized biomass processing systems are engineered to efficiently shred straw into uniform particles. We adopt an integrated processing model of " crushing + sorting" to achieve precise crushing, while separating recyclable materials for resource recovery.
After shredding and screening, the straw is reduced to a uniform size ideal for pellet mills. This prepared feedstock ensures high-density, durable pellets with consistent calorific value.
PelletsThe processed straw can be compressed into high-density briquettes, offering a clean-burning alternative to coal for industrial boilers and power plants.
BriquettesBaled or loose straw is loaded into the system via conveyors or grab cranes. The feeding process is precisely controlled to ensure a steady and continuous flow, preventing blockages and ensuring smooth operation.
Equipped with high-speed rotating blades, our shredders reduce bulky straw into small, uniform particles. Multi-stage shredding ensures the desired particle size for downstream pelletizing or briquetting.
The shredded straw passes through trommel screens to remove sand, soil, and stones. This cleaning step ensures high-quality feedstock and protects downstream equipment from wear and damage.
A pulse dust collection system captures airborne particles, ensuring a clean working environment. The cleaned and sized straw is then transported to storage or directly to the pellet mill.

Project Challenge Biomass waste (wood, garden trimmings, agricultural residues, organic matter) is bulky, scattered, and high in moisture. Open burning and landfilling cause pollution and waste a valuable energy resource—efficient collection and conversion remain…
