03 · Application range

Match the machine to the duty.

MATERIALS & DUTIES
  • Plastics: injection-molded parts, extrusion scrap, pipes, films and rigid plastic.
  • Wood: pallets, crates, timber offcuts and production waste.
  • Paper: documents, cardboard, cores and packaging waste.
  • Cables: copper cable, aluminum cable and mixed power cable.
  • Aluminium: profiles, cans and light aluminum scrap.
  • Textiles: garments, fabric offcuts and carpet waste.
  • Foam: PU foam, insulation foam and upholstery foam.
  • Composite materials: glass-fibre products, automotive trim and rubber composite parts.
  • Secure destruction: rejected, counterfeit and expired products.
EXPECTED OUTPUT

Rotor geometry, knife configuration, screen opening and feeding strategy are selected around the material, contamination level, required throughput and target output size. This allows the WLD series to produce a stable, application-specific result for downstream separation, granulation or recycling.
