The application

Plastic waste is not just waste; it is a resource.

Plastic waste is one of the fastest-growing environmental challenges, yet it is also a highly recoverable resource. Advanced plastic recycling reduces ocean and landfill pollution, saves crude oil, and cuts carbon emissions. Our turnkey solutions efficiently shred and pelletize plastic waste into high-quality recycled granules—turning plastic pollution into valuable raw materials for a circular economy.

01Plastic

Film & woven bags

Low bulk density, wrapping tendency and inconsistent feeding require a coordinated hopper and rotor design.

02Plastic

Pipes & profiles

Long or hollow feedstock benefits from controlled loading and a cutting chamber sized around real dimensions.

03Plastic

Lumps & purge

High-density pieces call for torque, robust cutter engagement and protection against peak loads.

04Plastic

Mixed plastics

Contamination, shape and downstream washing or extrusion targets define the complete configuration.

A practical processing route

From irregular waste to consistent feedstock.

Plastic Recycling Solution

Project Challenge Plastics are ubiquitous—found in food packaging, furniture, toys, and more—making them a defining material of modern society. According to Greenpeace, in 2019, humans generated more than 300 million tons of plastic, yet…

Frequently asked questions

Questions that affect machine selection.

Can one shredder process film, pipes and lumps?

The same machine family may cover several plastics, but hopper, rotor, knives, drive and screen must be configured around the actual feedstock.

What information is needed for an initial proposal?

Send material photos, largest dimensions, contamination, hourly capacity, target output size and the next process after shredding.

How is film wrapping or bridging controlled?

Stable processing depends on the feeding method, hopper geometry, rotor design and operating parameters—not only motor power.

Can the output size be adjusted?

Screen configuration is one important factor. The achievable result also depends on material behavior, feeding consistency and downstream requirements.
