Plastics are ubiquitous—found in food packaging, furniture, toys, and more—making them a defining material of modern society. According to Greenpeace, in 2019, humans generated more than 300 million tons of plastic, yet only 9% was recycled.
Process Configuration
A high-efficiency processing solution that integrates intelligence, automation, and resource utilization. The system’s core equipment includes a single-shaft shredder, conveyors, a crusher, and a PLC-based integrated line control system. Through an intelligent control system, the entire process is automated.
Customer Outcome
The system reduces landfill waste, lowers disposal costs, and supports a circular economy by repurposing plastic into new products.
