Replaceable cutters and accessible service points support planned inspection and wear-part maintenance.
Discuss this configuration →The WLP uses low-speed, high-torque counter-rotating shafts for primary size reduction of bulky and difficult material. Cutter thickness, hook profile, shaft speed and drive power are configured around the feedstock and target capacity. As there is no sizing screen, the discharged fraction is primarily determined by cutter geometry and material behavior.
Watch the feeding, stable processing and resulting output under real operating conditions.
Use this table for preliminary comparison. Throughput depends on the feedstock, cutter geometry, feeding consistency and operating conditions. These unscreened shredders do not guarantee a uniform final particle size. Power summaries add the listed installed motors; capacity ranges span the listed model values and remain material-dependent.
