Domestic Waste Introduction
Definition of domestic waste
It mainly includes household waste, market and commercial waste, waste from public places, street cleaning waste, and waste from enterprises and institutions.
Processing methods
After domestic waste is collected, it is transported to garbage transfer stations, crushed and then sent to a power plant for incineration to generate electricity or sent to the next sorting stage.
Project Situation

High throughput: 45-60 t/h
output particle size: 90%≤250 mm
Primary Crusher Introduction
The main machine used in this project is a robust double-shaft shredder. It is a heavy-duty double-shaft shredder with high throughput specially designed for crushing various packaging bags, including plastic bags.
Each shaft is equipped with several high-precision cutting tools that function like scissors. The cutters shear and tear open the bags without damaging their contents, such as bottles and metals, making downstream sorting easier.
In this project, a hydraulic drive provides high torque, energy efficiency, stable operation, and impact resistance.
Features of the Primary Crusher
Cutting tool
The durable, wear-resistant blade is made of high-alloy steel and welded to the spindle. It can be repaired on the machine by hardfacing without disassembly.
Bearing sealing system
The sealing system provides reliable protection under challenging conditions, improving resistance to corrosion and making it suitable for harsh environments.
PLC Control System
The PLC control system supports real-time monitoring, fault alarms, remote diagnostics, and data analysis.
Auto-reverse system
Automatically reverses the rotor when motor overload or a material jam is detected.
High efficiency and energy saving
The machine uses two rotating shafts to deliver high torque and tear materials efficiently.
Application
It is designed to process packaging bags from industries such as fertilizer production, plastics, and food packaging.
High stability
The two-shaft design and sturdy construction support smooth operation.
Conclusion
A shredder is an important tool for waste management and resource recovery.
The WALI team tailors shredding and recycling solutions to actual operating conditions for cost-efficient processing.
