Project Challenge
Recycling defective aluminum castings has long been a challenge. Their large volume and complex structure lead to a “triple-high” challenge in recycling: high difficulty, high cost, and high value, causing traditional processing methods to be inefficient and leaving valuable renewable resources in an awkward position—”unappealing to use yet wasteful to discard.”
Process Configuration
Only one customized large dual-shaft shredder is needed to replace the traditional lengthy production line, achieving a one-step process from whole castings to ideal shredded material.
Separation Result
-
Metals: recovery rate ≥95%
Customer Outcome
This dramatically reduces the required footprint, enables cost-effective recycling, and helps customers maximize their benefits.
